• Passed Intermediate (10+2) with Math, Physics and English with 50% Mark in Total and 50% Marks in English Subject.

OR

• Completed 3 Years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Automobile / Computer Science / IT / Instrumentation Technology) from any Govt Recognized Polytechnic Institute with 50% Marks in Total and 50% in English in Diploma Course. Note: If English Subject is Not in Diploma Course, 50% Marks in English in Intermediate / Matriculation will do.

OR

•  Completed 2 Years Vocational Course with Non-Vocational Subject viz. Physics and Mathematics with 50% Marks in Aggregate and 50% in English in Vocatioanl Course.

Other Than Science Subjects:-

• Passed 12th or Equivalent Examination in Any Stream with 50% Marks in Total and 50% Marks in English.

OR

• Passed 2 Years Vocational Course with 50% Marks in Total and 50% Marks in English Subject in Vocational Course. If English Subject is not available in Vocational Course, then 50% Marks in English Should be in Matriculation or Intermediate Subject.

Inportant Note:

1. Only Unmarried Male & Female Candidates are eligible to Apply for Agniveer Vayu.
2. Candidates Are Not Allowed to Marry During Service Period of 4 Years, if they Marry During Said Period, They will be Discharged from Service.
3. Only UnMarried Women Candidates are Eligible For Further Selection in Regular Cadre as Airman.

• Candidates Born Between 26/12/2022 and 26/06/2006 are Eligible to Apply for Agriveer Vayu Post.
• Upper Age Limit is: 21 Years.

• For Male: 152.5 cms
• For Female: 152 cms
• Female of North East or Hilly Region: 147 cms
• Female of Lakshadweep: 150 cms

Chest for Male:

• The Chest wall should be Well Proportioned with Minimum Range of Expansion of 05 CMS.

Other Medical Standard:-

• Weight: Proportionate to Height and Age.
• Hearing: Candidates Should Have Normal Hearing, They Should be Able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 Meter by each ear separately.
• Dental: It should be Healthy Gums, Good Set of Teeth and Minimum 14 Dental Points
• Visual Standard:  6/12 each eye, correctable to 6/6 each eye.
