Running Pay-Band of Salary for Assistant Engineer in Rajasthan Public Service Commission is Pay Metrix Level L-14 (Grade Pay – Rs.5400/-). According to State Government, there will be Fix Pay During Probation Period.

PWD-A. En (Electrical):- B.E (Electrical) or Equivalant Qualification.
WRD-A. En (Civil):- B.E (Civil) or Equivalant Qualification.
WRD-A. En (Mechanical):- B.E (Mechanical) or Equivalant Qualification.

RPSC AE Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
As on 01/01/2025, the Minimum Age Limit 21 Years and the Maximum Age Limit will be 40 Years. There will be Relaxation in Age Limit. There will be 5 Years Relaxatin in Age for Male Candidates Belonging to SC, ST, BC, MBC and EWS of Rajasthan, 10 Years for Women Candidates Belonging to SC, ST, BC, MBC and EWS of Rajasthan. 5 Years Relaxation will be given to Women Candidates belonging to General Category.
RPSC AE Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Selection of Eligible Candidates for Assistant Engineer Post will be Made Through Competitive Examination (Preliminary Test, Mains and Interview). Preliminary Test will be Objective Type and will be Conducted Online / Offline. Main Examination will be Descriptive Type. Detailed Syllabus of This Examination is Available at Commission’s Website.
State Engineering Service (Assistant Engineer) Combined Competitive Examination will be Conducted in Two Successive Stages. (1). Preliminary Examination and (2). Main Examination.
(01). Preliminary Examination:–
This Exam will Consists of Two Papers. One is Compulsory Paper and Another One is Optional Paper. Both Papers Carry 400 Marks, 200 Marks for Each. As You can see Below in Section-A and Section B.

Only Candidates who Optain Minimum Qualifying Marks in Main Examination will be Called for Interview. Those Candidates who Fails to Obtain Minimum 35% Marks in Compulsory Papers and 40% Marks in Total will not be Called for Interview.
