SBI Junior Associate Recruitment 2025 Salary
Pay Scale (वेतनमान)
Rs. 24,050 – 1,340/3 – 28,070 – 1,650/3 – 33,020 – 2,000/4 – 41,020 – 2,340/7 – 57,400 – 4,400/1 – 61,800 – 2,680/1 – 64,480

Starting Basic Pay (शुरुआती बेसिक पे): Rs. 26,730/-
(यानी Rs. 24,050/- + 2 advance increments जो graduates को मिलते हैं)
Emoluments (कुल वेतन और भत्ते)
- Total Starting Salary (शुरुआती कुल वेतन): लगभग Rs. 46,000/- per month (Mumbai जैसे Metro Cities में)।
- इसमें शामिल है – DA (Dearness Allowance), Other Allowances (अन्य भत्ते) और दो extra increments (Graduates Junior Associates के लिए)।
- Note: Posting की जगह के हिसाब से allowances बदल सकते हैं।
- साथ ही, Employees को Perks (सुविधाएँ), PF (Provident Fund), Pension आदि की भी सुविधा मिलेगी।
SBI Junior Associate Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation (स्नातक) in any discipline from a recognized University OR any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government.
- Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) वाले candidates को ensure करना होगा कि उनकी Passing Date on or Before 31.12.2025 हो।
- Final Year/Semester students भी apply कर सकते हैं, लेकिन selection के समय उन्हें proof देना होगा कि उन्होंने graduation on or before 31.12.2025 complete कर लिया है।
Important Notes (महत्वपूर्ण बातें)
(a) Date of Passing वही मानी जाएगी जो Marksheet/Certificate/Provisional Certificate पर लिखी हो।
अगर result केवल University/Institute की website पर available है, तो University/Institute की Authority द्वारा जारी Certificate जिसमें result publish होने की date दी गई हो, उसे valid माना जाएगा।
(b) Ex-Servicemen (पूर्व सैनिक) – Matriculate ex-servicemen जिन्होंने Indian Army Special Certificate of Education या Navy/Air Force का corresponding certificate लिया हो और Armed Forces में कम से कम 15 साल service की हो, वे भी eligible हैं।
यह certificate भी 31.12.2025 तक का दिनांकित होना चाहिए।
- शैक्षणिक योग्यता की गणना 31/12/2025 के अनुसार किया जायेगा.

SBI Junior Associate Preliminary Test 100 अंको की होगी, जिसमें 100 प्रश्न पूछे जायेंगे. परीक्षा की अवधि 1 घटा की होगी. Junior Associate Main Examination 200 अंको की होगी, जिसमें 190 प्रश्न होंगे. मुख्य परीक्षा की अवधि 2 घंटे 40 मिनट की होगी.
